Delivery Details

As our crates and loose bagged logs can be large and heavy, we require you to have flat surface which is relatively close to your premises, for us to be able to deliver on to. Builder’s bags and barrow bags will be delivered using our hiab crane. Whilst we will make every attempt to get your delivery as close to your preferred spot as possible, we may be restricted by the reach of the crane. Builder’s bags and barrow bags can not be “man handled” due to risk of injury to our delivery personnel.

Our delivery offers a standard 2-3 working days shipping and will be delivered between 9am-5pm. For next day delivery or delivery at a specific time please contact our head office to arrange this.

For next day delivery and deliveries that you wish to be delivered at a specific time, orders must be taken by 10am.

Delivery charges in some cases can be negotiable. To find out if you can get a better price on delivery please phone our head office.

In some cases our ‘collection only’ products can be delivered if an order has also been placed for an item that requires delivery. To find out if this applies to your order please contact our head office.
